Pillaged off a corpse in the Painted World of Ariamis, at the top of the building that can be accessed after finding the Annex Key. It is guarded by 2 Crow Demons, and one of them can call for help, so you may have to deal with up to 4 Crow Demons on the platform where the spell is located.
