Availability[]
Frozen Eleum Loyce - In a chest behind an elevator piled with coffins. To raise the elevator, proceed through the city to eventually reach the floor above it. Flip the lever and travel back to access the chest.
Description[]
A pillar of soul magic erupts in a circle around the caster. Those caught in the area of effect take damage, usually accompanied by knockback.

Like all other spells, the amount of casts per slot increases upon reaching certain Attunement milestones
