Soothing Sunlight is a miracle in Dark Souls II.

In-Game Description

A special miracle passed down through the ages. Greatly heals HP of self and nearby allies.

This miracle, once kept by the Lindeldt Monastery, was stolen and never recovered.

Availability

Obtained by killing Licia of Lindeldt while invading her using the Crushed Eye Orb.

Characteristics

Soothing Sunlight is without a doubt a very useful spell, though also very limiting.

It can be compared to Great Heal in order to better understand its qualities and disadvantages. It will heal slightly less health, and has fewer uses while needing one more Attunement slot. However, the fact that it has the same casting speed and can heal summoned players or NPCs from far away can make it much more practical in situations where the caster is not the focus of enemy attention.
