The Set of Artorias is a medium armor set in Dark Souls. It is exclusive to the Artorias of the Abyss DLC.

Availability[]

Sold by Domhnall of Zena after Artorias the Abysswalker is defeated. Each part of the set costs 20,000 souls, for a total of 80,000 for the complete set.

Lore[]

Worn by Artorias the Abysswalker, one of the Four Knights of Gwyn.

Characteristics[]

The Set of Artorias is a very balanced medium armor set; most of its resistances are fairly close, with the exception of its higher resistance to fire damage and curse, as well as comparably low strike defense. Although it is one of the lighter medium armor sets, it has unremarkable poise, making it rather ineffective for taking many physical hits without the Wolf Ring, as the overall average defense and low poise could prove deadly if one gets frequently stunned. Despite all of this, the set proves to be a very useful set for those who prefer balance over raw physical defense.

Unlike other armor sets sold by Domhnall, the Set of Artorias is upgradable.
