Rosaria's Fingers collect tongues in her name. Some do it to be reborn; others do it to help comfort their voiceless goddess.

Found in the Cathedral of the Deep.

Given by Saint Rosaria in Rosaria's Bed Chamber after talking to her and accepting to join the Rosaria's Fingers covenant.
