A Radiant Lifegem is a restorative item and starting gift in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- Stone made up of crystallized souls. Gradually restores HP.
- On rare occasions, one might find a lifegem that emits a particularly strong light. It seems the power of the owner's soul is apparent in even such a husk.
Availability[]
- In addition to other restorative items, three Radiant Lifegems are granted to the player if Healing Wares are chosen as a starting gift.
- Rare drop from Hollow Soldiers in the Forest of Fallen Giants.
- After defeating the Lost Sinner boss, Merchant Hag Melentia has 10 for sale for 1,000 souls per piece.
- Rare drop from Amana Shrine Maidens in the Shrine of Amana.

Restores 850 HP over 19 seconds.
