The Princess's Guard (王女の守り) is a covenant in Dark Souls.
Requirements[]
The player must not have dispelled the illusion of Gwynevere, Princess of Sunlight.
How to join[]
Talk to Gwynevere, Princess of Sunlight to join the covenant.
Benefits[]
- Upon joining, players receive a Ring of the Sun Princess.
- Joining the covenant enables casting the miracles Soothing Sunlight and Bountiful Sunlight. Both are powerful party healing miracles. They can be found by killing two Pisacas in the Duke's Archives outside Big Hat Logan's cell.

- Players in this covenant will be more easily matched with other Princess' Guards, as well as Warriors of Sunlight and members of the Way of White covenant.
Betrayal penalty[]
Can no longer use Soothing Sunlight and Bountiful Sunlight. If the illusion of Gwynevere was dispelled, then Anor Londo will become dark.

To receive the full benefits of the covenant, one must meet the Faith requirement for the two miracles, which are relatively high, with Soothing Sunlight requiring 48 Faith and Bountiful Sunlight requiring 36 Faith.
