The Partizan is a spear in Dark Souls III.
In-Game Description
- Spear with blade attached to broad point. Long reach, and can be used with shield up. Attacks faster with shield down.
- This weapon can utilize its blade for slicing attacks, and is generally adaptable to many situations, but in cramped quarters, its slices ricochet off walls.
- Skill: Spin Sweep
Sweep foes in a large spinning motion, and utilize momentum to transition into an overhanded strong attack smash.

Found in the Undead Settlement, on a hanging corpse above the stairs leading out of the Cliff Underside bonfire. The corpse must be freed with a projectile weapon before the weapon can be obtained.

With powerful sweeps and ranged poking thrusts, the Partizan is a flexible polearm with diverse attacks that makes its return from previous Dark Souls games.
Despite its mediocre reach and damage for a spear, it is capable of performing horizontal sweeps with its strong attacks, giving it the ability to catch enemies that attempt to sidestep most other spears' narrow thrusting attacks. This gives it high flexibility, as the different timings of each attack make it a force to be reckoned with in PvP. As well, being a standard weapon it can be infused, making it a useful weapon to wield on any number of builds due to its low wielding requirements.
One of the Partizan's most powerful features is its skill, the Spin Sweep. This attack is not only immune to parries, but also grants Hyper Armor to its wielder, covering a formidable zone with its wide sweeps and allowing it to trade against smaller weapons should they enter the player's radius of influence.
