Dropped by the Lost Sinner in NG+ and beyond. It can also be obtained by burning a Bonfire Ascetic at the Sinner's Rise bonfire after defeating the Lost Sinner once and going to fight her again in NG.
Uses[]
- Consume for 60,000 souls.
- Trade with Weaponsmith Ornifex along with 10,000 souls to acquire the Chaos Blade.
- Trade with Straid of Olaphis along with 10,000 souls to acquire the Flame Weapon pyromancy.

- This soul is likely a reference to the Witch of Izalith mentioned in Dark Souls.
