Lightning Arrow (雷の矢) is a miracle in Dark Souls III: The Ringed City.
In-Game Description

- The lightning arrows offer a great improvement to the range of the spears, and were said to have been used to pierce the eyes of the dragons from afar.

Found in The Ringed City, after the Shared Grave bonfire.
In the building with the shortcut to the Ringed Inner Wall bonfire, in the lowest room, hit the wall to the right of the stairs to reveal an Illusory Wall containing a Hobbled Cleric. Past the cleric are two more Illusory Walls, beyond which this miracle can be found.
Effect[]
The caster conjures a bow and arrow made of Lightning and holds it ready.
Much like a regular bow and arrow, the projectile remains nocked while the cast button is held, and is fired upon its release; there is a delay before the arrow can be released, which is subject to casting speed. FP is only consumed upon launching the arrow, and the spell can be cancelled by rolling out at any time. When casting this Miracle with a Talisman, using the Unfaltering Prayer weapon art will allow the player to retain their Hyper Armor up until the projectile is released.
The arrow inflicts 1.6 times the Spell Buff of the catalyst as Lightning damage. While it does not have the point-blank bonus modifier of the Lightning Spear family of Miracles, Lightning Arrow has significantly more range and a higher travel speed, making it much harder to dodge. As well, it costs less FP than Lightning Spear, allowing the caster to use it more frequently before having to replenish their Focus Points.
