Large Arrows are an ammunition type in Dark Souls.

Large Arrow.

Heavier arrows cause more damage, but have a shorter range.

Availability

16 Large Arrows can be found on a corpse along with the Composite Bow in New Londo Ruins, up the same staircase that leads down to the Seal.

Large Arrows can be purchased from the following merchants for 50 souls each:

• Andre of Astora
• Crestfallen Merchant
• Domhnall of Zena
• Giant Blacksmith
• Marvellous Chester (AotA)
• Undead Female Merchant
• Undead Male Merchant
• Vamos

General information

Large Arrows are five times more expensive than Standard Arrows and have less range; however, they do more damage. They will attribute the most damage to bows upgraded along the Standard path.
