Infusion is a gameplay mechanic in Dark Souls III. It is a form of weapon reinforcement. Infusing a weapon can be performed by talking with Blacksmith Andre and change the attributes of a weapon. For example, infusing a Scimitar with the Blessed infusion increases the scaling on that weapon for Faith, while reducing scaling for every other parameter.
