- For the Dark Souls III variant, see Homeward (Dark Souls III).
Homeward is a miracle in Dark Souls.
In-Game Description
- Great miracle cast by advance clerics. Return to last bonfire rested at.
- Would normally link to one's homeland, only the curse of the Undead has distorted its power, redirecting casters to a bonfire. Or perhaps for Undead, this serves as home?
Availability[]
- Sold by Petrus of Thorolund for 8,000 souls at Firelink Shrine, either if the player joins the Way of White covenant at the start, or after Reah and her bodyguards leave Firelink Shrine.
- Sold by Reah of Thorolund for 1,000 souls at the Undead Parish, after her rescue in the Tomb of the Giants.
General information[]
Identical to the Homeward Bone item, Homeward teleports the player back to the last bonfire he/she rested at, and replenishes all HP, Estus, spell casts, resets all traps and respawns most enemies. Homeward requires some time to cast (as much time as using Homeward Bone) and can be cancelled by enemy attacks.
