- For the Dark Souls III variant, see Heal (Dark Souls III).
Heal is a miracle in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- A healing miracle widely used by clerics. Restores a small amount of HP to the user and people nearby.
- Miracles are tales of the Gods passed down long ago, but only a small number of the original texts remain in their complete form. Those in circulation today have been devotedly pieced back together by the clergy.
Availability[]
- Starting Miracle for Clerics.
- Sold by Licia of Lindeldt for 1,500 souls.
- Sold by Merchant Hag Melentia for 1,500 souls.
General information[]
At the base level with 12 Faith and Cleric's Sacred Chime, Heal regenerates 450 HP per use. As healing in this fashion takes longer than drinking estus, it is best to use this when out of danger, and conserve estus for more perilous situations.
Compared to later variants of heal such as Great Heal, Heal does not heal as much HP, but has a lower Faith requirement.
Casting it during co-op will heal nearby allies, as well as the caster. The range for this heal is very small.
It is possible to hold a Heal by holding the cast button. This allows the player to ready the cast, but activate it once it's needed. The player can't move so it is nearly useless outside of co-op.
Attunement milestones[]
Like all other spells, the amount of casts per slot increases upon reaching certain Attunement milestones:
Attunement Level | Amount of Casts |
---|---|
10 | 3 |
32 | 4 |
49 | 5 |
94 | 6 |
