It is one of the most difficult weapons to build for; requiring significant investment in both Strength and Dexterity. But, its amazing Strength scaling from base level allows it to deal massive damage right off the bat.
It should be noted that this weapon has one of the most unique characteristics in the game: it is a weapon that can be used to "block effectively", meaning some of its attacks feature an animation wherein the player's character uses the sword to block momentarily before performing the intended attack.
Additionally, its parry animation is replaced with an overhead vertical swing that can be fully aimed and that will block a single hit from enemies.
It possesses the highest damage reduction and stability when blocking out of all weapons in the game, and as such, it is much more versatile in combat than most other ultra greatswords.
- This is the only weapon in the game that gains increased Stability when it is upgraded.
