Flash Sweat is a pyromancy in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- A pyromancy that internalizes the power of flame. Sweat profusely, reducing fire damage.
- Most useful when facing other flame-manipulating pyromancers. Just don't take the looks you get personally.

Increases the caster's Fire defense by 300 points for 90 seconds. Cannot be stacked with other self buffs, such as Immolation or consuming a Green Blossom.
