Fists are a type of weapon in Dark Souls III. They are characterized by short range and low stamina consumption, and deal Strike damage.
Every Fist weapon, with the exception of the Dark Hand, is a paired weapon where two-handing it will equip one to each hand. As such, the Caestus and Demon's Fist are capable of quickly parrying when equipped individually on the left hand. However, beware that during the recovery of such parries, Instability damage is incurred, so missing a parry can be very costly.
