Notes

• The Pendant and Silver Pendant are already existing items in Dark Souls.
• Holy Water Urn and Brightbug are items from Dark Souls II.
• The Skull Chalice is the same chalice that initiates Wolnir's boss fight.
• The item Purple Crystal seems to be missing its knowledge image file used when inspecting an item or in loading screens, making the resolution of its icon low.
• The glow in the Active Purple Crystal resembles the floating glow indicating that a Blade of the Darkmoon or Blue Sentinel is being summoned in a world.
• Yorgh's Ring is a ring in Dark Souls II.
• The Unused Magic seems to depict Silver Knight Ledo.

Notes

• The Paired Tracers are composed of Gold Tracer and Dark Silver Tracer from Dark Souls.
• Pate's Shield is a greatshield in Dark Souls II.
• The Cleric's Parma is an existing small shield in Dark Souls II.
• The items Pate's Shield, Unused Pyromancy Flame and Unused Shield 2 are missing knowledge image files used in loading screens or when inspecting an item, as well as being the dummy tag for some icons, making the resolution of their icons low.
• Both removed pyromancy flames resemble the default Pyromancy Flame but with a bigger fire sphere being held in the palm. Akin to Queelana's upgraded flame in Dark Souls and the Dark Pyromancy Flame in Dark Souls II.
• The Unused Shield 3 is identical to the Large Leather Shield from Dark Souls II. But it is different from the Dark Souls and Dark Souls III Large Leather Shields.
