Kiln of the First Flame (Dark Souls III)

The Kiln of the First Flame (最初の火の炉 Saisho no Hi no Ro, Kiln of the First Fire) is a location in Dark Souls III.

Description

The new version of the familiar place is where lies the First Flame and its guardian, the Soul of Cinder. The location has been greatly altered since its depiction in Dark Souls.

Once the player has gathered all of the Lords of Cinder, the Fire Keeper will perform a ritual in which the flames of the Lords will drift to her hands. She will then scatter the flames onto the player, teleporting them to the Kiln of the First Flame.

Adjacent locations

• Firelink Shrine - After returning all Cinders of a Lord to their respective thrones and interacting with the bonfire in Firelink, the player will be transported to a desolated version of the shrine. By interacting with the bonfire found outside, they will be automatically transported to the Kiln of the First Flame.
• The Dreg Heap - Should the player own The Ringed City DLC, they can access the Dreg Heap from a bonfire next to the Kiln of the First Flame bonfire.
