- For the Dark Souls III variant, see Estus Shard.
Estus Flask Shards are items in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- The shard of an Estus Flask. Shards are deeply soaked in Estus.
Graft the shard to an Estus Flask to increase flask uses.
- Over the ages, countless souls rested their bones as they drank from the original flask. And now this shard remains, serving as a vestige of their hopes and dreams.
General information[]
Estus Flask Shards are given to the Emerald Herald in Majula to increase the total amount of Estus Flask uses that the player can hold. The flask can be upgraded with 11 shards to a maximum of 12 uses.
The shards can still be obtained after the flask uses are increased up to 12, but other than selling them to Lonesome Gavlan for 1,200 souls each, they will be useless.
