Endurance is a stat in Dark Souls II.
General information[]
Increasing one's Endurance affects several attributes of the player. Endurance's main effect is to increase both the player's Stamina, as well as their total HP however, this does not increase it as much as raising Vigor will. Endurance is also interactive with Strength, Dexterity and Vitality, the sum of which determines the player's natural Physical Defense. Finally, Endurance is also interactive with the Adaptability stat, in that raising the two stats at the same rate will grant extra natural Poise.
Unlike in Dark Souls and Demon's Souls, raising Endurance does not improve a character's Equip Load.
