The Drakekeeper's Warpick is a great hammer in Dark Souls II.

In-Game Description

An extremely sturdy pitch-black war hammer.

Colossal warriors staunchly watch over the shrine, ready to defend its resident, or allow one worthy enough to be granted audience.

Availability

Dropped by the great hammer and shield wielding Drakekeepers at Dragon Shrine. It can also be dropped by the Dark Spirit guarding the entrance of Drangleic Castle in NG+, near the two golems that open the gate. However, it is a very rare drop from both enemies.

Characteristics

Though its description describes it as a Great Hammer, the only similarities it does share within that weapon category is its absurd heavy weight, its high scaling in Strength, high Strength requirement, and strike damage. However, the Drakekeeper's Warpick is nothing but the heaviest Halberd in the game.

All of its moves are that of heavier Halberds, and it has a sweet spot that must found to deal the most amount of damage.

As such, if this weapon were in the category of Halberds, as it should, it would be the highest damaging Halberd in the game, dealing upwards of 800 damage on ideal, sweet spot hits.

Additionally, due to the nature of Drakekeeper items, its durability is the highest of its class.
