The Drakekeeper's Greataxe is a greataxe in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- An extremely sturdy pitch-black greataxe.
- Colossal warriors staunchly watch over the shrine, ready to defend its resident, or allow one worthy enough to be granted audience.

Found in a chest in Dragon Shrine, along with Drakekeeper's Greatshield.
Rare drop from Kobolds in the Shaded Woods and Aldia's Keep.

Although the Drakekeeper's Axe is neither the most powerful, nor the longest greataxe, it is indeed amongst the most versatile, especially for those looking for greataxes that have a varied moveset, high damage, long reach, and yet a very manageable weight, as it is the lightest greataxe with a heavy greataxe moveset.
It is important to note that its moveset is almost identical to the Crypt Blacksword with the exception of the two-handed strong attack combo, which is that of a Great Hammer.
The fact that this weapon aside from having increased durability (as all Drakekeeper weapons do), and its regular Titanite upgrade path, makes it a very easy to use and master.
