The Dragon Tooth is a great hammer in Dark Souls II.
In-Game Description
- A giant dragon tooth used as a great hammer. As solid as a boulder, this tooth is said to be taken from a dragon, but the truth of this claim is unclear.
- What is certain is that it bears some mystical power, and its wielder gains resistance to magic and fire.
- Effect: resistance to magic and fire
Characteristics[]
Although the Dragon Tooth has poor initial scaling, it will get a significant increase upon first being upgraded. Its high base damage and above average scaling makes it a strong weapon and one of the best Great Hammers available.
The Dragon Tooth shares most of its moveset with the Great Club, but it has the two-handed light attacks of the greataxe.
Whilst equipped, it also boosts Fire and Magic defense by 50.
Unlike its other incarnations, this version of the Dragon Tooth has limited durability.
Location[]
The Dragon Tooth can be found on a corpse in the first dragon nest in the Dragon Aerie.
In Scholar of the First Sin, the Dragon Tooth is found on a corpse in the area where Vorgel the Sinner invades the player in Belfry Luna.
