The Darkmoon Blade Covenant Ring (暗月剣の誓約指輪) is a ring in Dark Souls.
In-Game Description
- Ring granted to those bound by the Darkmoon Blade Covenant. Answer Dark Sun Gwyndolin's summoning.
- Gwyndolin, all too aware of his repulsive, frail appearance, created the illusion of a sister Gwynevere, who helps him guard over Anor Londo. An unmasking of these deities would be tantamount to blasphemy.

Given to the player by Dark Sun Gwyndolin upon joining the Blade of the Darkmoon covenant.
General information[]
The Darkmoon Blade Covenant summons the player to invade the world of a player who has killed Gwynevere, Princess of Sunlight. It works similarly to the Cat Covenant Ring, except that it teleports the player to Dark Anor Londo instead of Darkroot Garden.

In-Game Description
- A ring given to those who have made a vow to the "Blades of the Dark Moon" to answer to the summons of Gwyndolin, the Sun in the Dark.
- Gwyndolin, aware of his own repulsive and weak appearance, created the illusion of his sister Gwynevere to watch over the abandoned Anor Londo. Anyone who breaks this lie would become none other than the greatest enemy of the gods.
Notes[]
- Upon arriving to the world of the guilty, players may remove this ring and replace it with another.
- If the ring was lost in any way during the game (fed to Frampt, dropped, etc.) it will always reappear inside of the chest behind Kingseeker Frampt at Firelink Shrine. The only other rings in the game to share this characteristic are the Cat Covenant Ring , Orange Charred Ring and the Covenant of Artorias.
- This can be exploited by the player, allowing them to feed it to Frampt an infinite number of times for 1,000 souls each. The chest will spawn another ring whenever a loading screen takes place.
