The Dark Gauntlets are hand armor pieces in Dark Souls II. They are part of the Dark Set.
In-Game Description
- Gauntlets of a knight subsumed by dark.
- No one knows the true identity of these men who are said to freely manipulate the dark. Old foreign legends describe them as poor souls who chased the lost art of lifedrain.

Dropped by a Mimic in Earthen Peak along with the Work Hook.
Characteristics[]
A medium weight gauntlet with fairly low physical defenses, however it makes up for this with high magic, fire, lightning, dark, poison, and bleed resist, making it a strong choice for most situations that don't require physical defense, or if you can block or dodge all physical damage. This is not recommended due to it having low poise and will require high carry capacity to dodge effectively in similar other armor pieces.
