- A unique version of this item, with a different description, is sold by the Shrine Handmaid for 10 souls after defeating Aldrich and while following Sirris's questline.
- Painted World of Ariandel
- Three are found outside of the Corvian Settlement. After taking the ice slide, take the left-side path up an incline and down some drop-downs.
- The Ringed City
- Two are found on a corpse shortly after the stairs heading down from the Mausoleum Lookout bonfire, in the grass on the left.
- Two more are found on a corpse next to the stairs leading up to the first Judicator Giant.
- Three are found on a corpse to the left of the path leading up the Halflight, Spear of the Church arena, across from the Divine Spear Monument.

- The description of the unique blossom sold by the Shrine Handmaid may imply that she is actually Sirris's grandmother, and, possibly, Hodrick's wife.
