The Black Knight Greatsword is a unique ultra greatsword in Dark Souls III.
In-Game Description

Use one's weight to lunge forward with a low stance and increased poise, and follow with a crushing strong attack.
Availability[]
Dropped by the Black Knights who wield it. One can be found in the Road of Sacrifices, another in Smouldering Lake and two more in the Untended Graves.
Characteristics[]
A powerhouse of an ultra greatsword, the Black Knight Greatsword brings raw power to the field that allows its wielder to toss foes aside like toys.
As with other unique weapons, it possesses quality scaling, and as an ultra greatsword it leans more towards Strength than Dexterity. It possesses the two-handed vertical moveset, and like other Black Knight weapons it has unique strong attacks that inflict increased Poise damage to targets. This makes it a very powerful asset when fighting other Hyper Armor weapons.
Unique to this weapon, the Black Knight Greatsword possesses two power attacks that are capable of utterly decimating enemies. Its two-handed strong attack, when fully charged, is capable of knocking enemies skyward, similar to an upward Stomp, requiring no FP but possessing no bonus Hyper Armor in exchange. And its actual skill, the downward Stomp, uses the weapon's broad side to utterly crush any foes foolish enough to engage the wielder.
As with other Black Knight weapons, it inflicts a bonus 20% damage against demon-type enemies, making it a strong asset when fighting enemies like the Old Demon King and the Demon Prince.
