Characteristics[]
A highly destructive weapon and potentially the most powerful of the greataxes, the Black Knight Greataxe is a tool of raw destruction that is capable of large amounts of destruction.
As a weapon wielded by Black Knights, it inflicts 20% more damage against demons. Even without this particular trait, it can inflict large amounts of damage against anything it hits, as it possesses the enhanced damage multipliers of the greataxe class on top of high base damage and strong scaling in both Strength and Dexterity. This damage can be further augmented by its skill, Warcry, which becomes more potent if the wielder has large amounts of Strength. It is also the only greataxe that possesses a truly unique moveset, being capable of horizontal swings when one-handed and powerful vertical sweeps when two-handed, as opposed to the downward smashes that all other greataxes are restricted to. Being a Black Knight weapon, it also possesses unique strong attacks that inflict increased Poise damage to targets, making it a useful asset.
However, like all other Black Knight weapons, it is extraordinarily heavy and costs large amounts of stamina to swing. As such, wielding this weapon requires great investments in not only Strength and Endurance but also Vitality.
