The Black Iron Set is a heavy armor set in Dark Souls.
Availability
Found on a corpse next to the entrance to the Painted World of Ariamis, in Anor Londo.
Plot
Worn by the hero Black Iron Tarkus.
Characteristics
The Black Iron Set is relatively light weight compared to other heavy armor sets, and has correspondingly lower damage resistance, excluding Fire resistance and Poise. When fully upgraded however, its physical defenses are second only to the Giant Set and it provides the highest Flame Defense of any armor set. It also has the second-highest Curse resistance of any heavy set, behind only Havel's Set.
