Attunement (Dark Souls II)
For other uses, see Attunement (disambiguation).

Attunement is a stat in Dark Souls II.

General information[]

Attunement determines the number of spell slots the player has available to equip spells, and also increases the player's Cast Speed (this effect is roughly double that of leveling Intelligence or Faith). In addition to these, raising Attunement also increases the number of casts per slot a spell has; however, this varies from spell to spell. Raising Attunement also increases the player's Curse Resist and Agility slightly, and as with every other stat, HP is increased by minute amounts each time.

Stat development (see chart notes)[]

Some of the above information may be out of date.

Chart notes[]

The following notes are only accurate if Attunement is the only stat that has been raised:

  • * Increases for every two levels increased.
  • # Increases for every four levels increased. During points 60-74, Curse Resist is only raised by 8 at 62 and 1 for 66, 70, and 74.
  • ∆ Increases for every four levels increased.

Notes[]

  • Players that want to make the most out of Attunement without investing fully in it should note that most spells that have very little uses, will be almost maxed out at 49. Most spells that have a maximum of 3 uses will be at 2, those that have a maximum of 4 will be at 3, and the same math applies to all those that have 5 and 6 maximum uses. This is important to take into consideration should players want to make Faith or Pyromancy builds, as most spells of those categories are often of very low uses.
