Yeaaah, so fought them with Gravelord Sword +4, Smough's Armor, and level 84. They were easy as heck. Although I ran out of Estus Flask and killed but I killed him second try. Wasn't that hard.

This is my first playthrough. It was not that bad honestly. It was easier without Solaire lol. I killed Ornstein first and spammed Smough with soul arrows until I ran out and did the last 11-12 hits with my Large Club+10. Those stupid Royal Sentinels were the boss for me.

I am level 45, my weapon is a Large Club +5, and Fall Control and magic shield. That stupid attack keeps killing me no matter what, I'M TRYING TO KILL IT. I can beat that boss if he didn't have that annoying attack!

I was wondering if any of you had any advice to share concerning the first Dark Souls game or any tips you think are cool in general.
Demon's Souls:
Old Hero - Quite a satisfying fight if you ignore the gimmick and fight him upfront
Storm King - An excellent spectacle boss, especially in the remake
Dark Souls:
... I don't actually have one for this game. Maybe Manus? Great fight.
Dark Souls 2:
Executioner's Chariot - Gimmick boss done pretty well
Flexile Sentry - Interesting concept executed decently
Darklurker - Base game's best boss, and a good duo fight
Sinh, the Slumbering Dragon - Better dragon fight than Kalameet imo, even with the flying
Bloodborne:
Blood-Starved Beast - A great fight for its place in the game, with excellent build-up, atmosphere, and sound design
Shadows of Yharnam - A gank fight done right
Laurence, the First Vicar - It has some BS, but I otherwise think it's a fair and thrilling fight
Dark Souls 3:
Yhorm, the Giant - Excellent spectacle, and even more mechanically and emotionally satisfying if you forgo the Storm Ruler and let Siegward do the big damage while you keep aggro
Dragonslayer Armor - Brilliant mechanics and presentation, with even some underrated lore
The Demon Prince - Maybe the single most underrated fight in the Souls games, as I see it as being a top 15 boss in Soulsborne and the best multi-boss. Overshadowed, unfortunately, by the build-up and more unique designs of Friede, Midir, and Gael
Sekiro:
False and True Corrupted Monk - Very unique melee bosses compared to the rest, with great presentation in both cases, but especially the latter
Elden Ring:
Elemer of the Briar - Overshadowed by the more impressive design of some other bosses, his excellent mechanics and pace feel severely overlooked
Regal Ancestor Spirit - Maybe the best example of challenge not being necessary to have fun with a boss
Fire Giant - I can understand the complaints, but I think the somewhat more unique way you have to read his tells, the switching between on and off Torrent, combined with awe-inspiring spectacle and deep lore make for a very good boss
We all love our bosses in this series, that's nothing new. And, usually, we all know what the generally-agreed upon best bosses are in each game. Still, I would love to see how the best bosses differ between several players. You can share your top 10, 15, 20; hell, you can simply share your top 1 if you want. Maybe also share your opinion on some of them.
My personal favorites are:
Starscourge Radahn
Slave Knight Gael
Ludwig, the Accursed/Holy Blade
Inner Owl (Father)
Maliketh, the Black Blade
Hoarah Loux
Orphan of Kos
Darkeater Midir
Inner Isshin, the Sword Saint
Morgott, the Omen King
Mohg, Lord of Blood
Nameless King
Father Gascoigne
Demon Prince
Lady Maria
Radahn - If I had to give a reason why he is my number 1, then I'd say because he's the best showcase of a magnificent sum of already great parts. Gameplay, presentation, narrative; Radahn, for me, is among the best in all these, and combined together, he stands at the top in my eyes.
Isshin - I imagine many think he ought to be higher, and at times, I'm also of that opinion. He's one of the best bosses mechanically, and his presentation is tremendous, but I just personally found the narrative aspect comparatively weaker. His appearance was a bit too abrupt and lacking in build-up, and his personal feelings regarding the fall of Ashina and motivations for fighting Wolf are... scarce and iffy. Also, even in mechanics, he was challenging but not especially difficult, and there was another boss in Sekiro I believe had already done the same things better, as you can see by my list.
