White theme on wiki

I removed the inline styles from the weapon table templates. Looks like the text is now properly readable on both the light and the dark theme. Unfortunately, the styling for the row-spanned cells looks a bit odd.

Fixed the styling of the tables in the wiki's CSS, I believe there's still a few unreadable ones somewhere though, these tables are pretty old, and cursed.

If it is not too much trouble, please reply on the wall.

I do not want to clutter the log of recent edits with many bot edits.
