@My Roja you get it after talking with the Vileblood Queen, to reach her you have to kill Martir Logarius, then accept her pact and finally buy it at the Hunter's Dream for 100.000 echoes.

No I mean like Where is it on this poll, its a decent looking Armour to say the least.
