The marionettes summon is located soon after entering Hogwarts. When you come across the first wooden bridge, directly before that is a graveyard. Facing the direction of the bridge, there is a hidden slope behind the tombstones on the left hand side. Follow that path until you come to a ledge which has the summon but is guarded by a marionette.
