I believe Cosmic deserves to become an admin... however... i'm seeing a distinct lack of legitimate reasons for him to actually BECOME an admin in severalof the comments. We need to be responsible here, people.... having no reason to oppose him becoming an admin is not a reason to vote towards him becoming one.... It would probably be best for those who have a neutral oppinion on this to have a neutral vote... which s not voting either way. 

I voted for Cosmic because, from what I've heard, the admins are generally pretty absent. Guys like Draven can run around poisoning the community, because there aren't admins around often enough to ban them. Cosmic, who is in the wiki just about every day (evidenced by his time in the chat) has my trust that he'd then be an active admin, too.

@AzureDusk - I see your point in the lack of some definitive justifications from some (including myself) on reasons why he should or should not be an Admin, but none the less we need more Admin and his name has been brought forward. Discussion has been made about his positive presence on the Wikia. Justification need not really be made if your support of him is warranted in your mind. Same with a persons right to not support him.

Though justifications pro and negative are more helpful to Admin to determine his worthiness to fulfill the position the need for it is not a requirement to vote support or non-support on the confirmation.

@Cosmic - the simple matter of chat moderator duty removal was purely to instill in others that your primary focus will be outside of chat moderation and thus not have the responsibility (and expectation) of being in chat to moderate. This will simply clarify roles and responsibilities is all. Obviously as I had stated before, your ability to be in chat and participation is no different but the responsibility itself is removed.

• Cosmic is one of the reasons why I stuck around on this wiki, as he was super helpful and freindly when I needed DS1 help in the chat.
• I believe he respects concensus on wiki related matters and isn't overbearing.
• We also need an active admin to quickly mediate in the disputes and edit wars that happen.

Responsibility to be there or not, I love chat and the people in it and I won't join it for a second less than I already do if I become an Admin. I understand what you mean by it needs to not be my main responsibility to moderate chat, but that won't change the fact that I'll be in there every day I can be interacting with everyone.

As for the (excellent) point that Dusk brought up, I completely agree. Do not make me an Admin for the sake of making an Admin out of someone. I know you all have good intentions with what you're saying, but please take this a little more seriously and elaborate on the reasons you vote for or against me.

I'm not gonna base it on achievements or anything like that. I'll vote for Cos because he's a nice guy.

Cosmic totally deserves the position. He's one of the nicest guys I've met, he's very active on the wiki, and  is always willing to help people and answer questions. I can't think of a better person for the job.

I'm all for this... Cosmic is a pretty guy and has helped me out several times with things. So yeah... i'm all for him to be promoted to admin.
