Wow this page is full of arrogance.

What its true? The beginning stages of the game are a cake walk.

<p>No offense to anyone who's a Dark Souls 2 fan, well I'm a Dark Souls 2 fan too but I do agree with CptBoomBoom, it is really easy fighting with the Last Giant and the Pursuer in the Forest of Fallen Giants. It's a little challenging fighting the Ruin Sentinels in the Lost Bastille even when you summon Lucateil of Mirrah, I sort consider the Ruin Sentinels easy but you just have to think of the best tactical ways of moving around, dodging, hitting, and timing everything right when you're fighting them. But the only problem that I have with the game are trying to choose the best of everything. But besides that I do respect everything else about Dark Souls 2 because it is a really good game. To the person who said this page is FULL OF ARROGANCE, just to let you know that we aren't mentioning about the entire game, we're only specifically mentioning those certain bosses. I respect the graphics, the story line, and everything else about this game. We're just saying that the bosses are easy, that's all. </p>

<p>My friend said it took him a couple of tries until he had to summon someone to fight the last giant, so when I went to fight him I expected a hard boss fight, but on my first attempt he was dead before I had to even heal. Last giant and Dragon Rider are for me the two easiest bosses in Dark souls 2. </p>

<p>Of course they're easy for seasoned players, they are the first bosses you encounter after all. If they made the first few bosses difficult enough to give veteran Souls players a challenge how would the game ever draw in new players? </p><p>Bragging about beating the Lost Giant and Pursuer with ease is the equivalent of bragging about being able to tie your shoes. </p>

<p>But it could have been a little harder. While it's good to have an easy boss fight to start of new comers to the games, they could have up'ed the challenge of it, but you're point is valid and I can see why they're easy for the newer players.  </p>

<p>Well I'm not trying to brag or anything but I'm not a seasoned player to the soul series, I actually started with dark souls 2 and beat the last giant in one go my first time, I don't believe it should matter if he's easy or hard since I think he was suppose to introduce players how a boss fight is gonna work, but those are my thoughts on it. </p>

Choosing sorcerer as your starting class insures that you never die for a while at least. Makes all the first areas super easy. lol
